Pick Up & Get Paid
PICK UP IS SATURDAY MARCH 14th 5-8pm OR SUNDAY MARCH 15th 2-4pm
If you would prefer your items to NOT be sold at 75% off on Sunday 9am-12pm at our UDDER CHAOS 75% Sale, please pick up your items at the scheduled pick up time on Saturday evening. All items remaining after Saturday will be 75% off- regardless if they were marked for discount or not.

How will Pick Up work?
1- Print your UNSOLD ITEM REPORT from the online system after 5pm Saturday of the sale, or pull up your report on your phone to reference as you retrieve your items.
2- Check in at the front desk and bring a bin, bag or small wagon to contain your items. Please allow ample time to pick up your items. At 4pm Sunday we will start condensing and moving merchandise for the Free Foster Shop event following.
3- Retrieve all items belonging to your consignor number. All items should be close to the area that you dropped them off at. If having difficulty locating a specific item, be sure to look in the opposite in the same size but opposite gender, “try again” rack (items pulled off of sales floor) & missing tag area.
4- Once items are retrieved, check out with a Moo Crew Worker at the exit. They will inspect all of your items for your specific consignor number. If you are missing a significant item, a Moo Crew Worker will attempt to assist you. If item cannot be located, you may scan the missing item QR code and provide us with the information. Please keep in mind, although we work extraordinarily hard to maintain the security and accuracy of the sale, but because of the nature of the sale, Moo La La does not assume risk for missing items. Many preventative measures have been implemented to provide the most amount of security and accuracy as possible.
5- Wait for Pay Day!! Payment will be sent via e-check to the email on file within 1 week of the close of the sale. Once received, simply print it, cut it out, sign it, and deposit it using your banks mobile app!
If you have chosen to DONATE your unsold items, then your job is done!
Any remaining items will be donated Sunday PROMPTLY at 4pm, no exceptions. We have to MOO-ve out.
