How to consign
Step 1: Register
Our week-long events are held in the spring and fall, providing a venue for families to sell their children’s outgrown gear. Consignors set their own prices, tag the items with our easy to use computer system, then drop it off at their scheduled time during the week of the event. Consignors are not required to be at the event to sell their items but have the option to put in more work equity by assisting with sales on-site during the event. Keep in mind, Moo La La only sells items that are in great condition, free of any stains, have all the necessary parts, and are safety checked for recalls.
Step 2: Prep & Tag
DEADLINE TO ENTER ITEMS ONLINE IS FRIDAY, MARCH 11th @ 11:59pm
The best part of clearing out all the clutter is realizing how much moolah you have stashed away in your closets. Gather all of your items that you would like to sell at Moo La La. Tidy them up, hang the clothes and enter them into our online system. Our system is easy to use and has a voice entry feature that allows you to enter over 100 items in less than an hour!
- GATHER- max of 250 items per consignor** all items must be in excellent working condition, free of stains, and have all pieces to function
CLEAN- wipe them down, remove any stains
HANG- place all clothing on hangers, zip tie shoes together
TAG- enter all of your items online to create tags, print, then attach to the merchandise
Step 3: Drop Off
DROP OFF APPOINTMENTS WILL BE AVAILABLE SUNDAY 3/13 AND MONDAY 3/14
Sign up for a DROP OFF appointment through our online system. Checking in your items will take approximately 30 minutes for a regular drop off appointment to complete. For all the details, refer to our DROP OFF information.
Step 4: Shop!
CONSIGNOR PRESALE TUESDAY MARCH 15TH 4PM-8PM
As a consignor you earn the privilege to shop before the public at our exclusive Consignor Presale with one guest of your choice.
If you choose to become part of the “Moo Crew” by working at the sale, workers are able to shop even earlier on at our presale event on Tuesday. Moo Crew Workers will receive one pass for their shopping time along with one guest pass for 4pm to share with a friend.
12pm entry for Moo Crew assisting 12 hours or more at the event
1pm entry for Moo Crew assisting 8 hours at the event
2pm entry for Moo Crew assisting 4 hours at the event
Step 5: Pick Up
PICK UP IS SUNDAY, MARCH 20TH FROM 3PM-6PM
Pick up unsold items and your Moolah will be sent to you!
If you have chosen to DONATE your unsold items, then your job is done. Just sit back and wait for payday!
Consignor earnings will be paid via PayPal within 1 week of the close of the sale.
